Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm ET, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Orders are not shipped the same day they are placed. Please allow 2 business days for processing after placing your order. Alev Jewelry will send you an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability. Each product's lead time is specified in its description.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping on all of our items.
Please note that some countries outside the US may charge taxes, customs duties, or import fees, and the recipient will be responsible for these payments. These charges will be collected by FedEx, UPS, or DHL before delivery.


When shipping internationally, Leedoux will not be responsible for any delivery delays due to import issues. All charges incurred due to a refused delivery, as well as the cost of returning the package to Leedoux, will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

  1. Find the UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
  2. Clicking on this tracking number should take you to your item's tracking page on the UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS website.

If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, simply visit www.ups.com ( China) www.fedex.com (China) or (China) www.usps.com (United States) and enter your number to track your order shipment.
